GURUGRAM: A 19-year-old youth, who claims to be working with a BPO, was held on Saturday for allegedly raping a minor girl for the past six months and threatening to kill her. He will be produced before a duty magistrate on Sunday.
The accused was identified as Nasir, originally from Indore and living in Devilal Nagar. He allegedly raped a 17-year-old school dropout, who lives with her family in the locality, on May 10. She told police that Nasir kidnapped her near her home and took her to his rented accomodation, where he raped her. She later managed to escape, but kept mum because he threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident. The girl said Nasir blackmailed and raped her repeatedly since then. She finally told her father on Friday, who filed a complaint at City police station.
