SRG Housing Finance has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Registered office of the Company.
This is to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 03:00 PM at Registered office of the Company to inter-alia consider and approve the following, subject to approval in the board meeting to be held on 23.10.2017.
1. Allotment of IIIrd Tranche Debentures i.e. 750 Secured , Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1,00,000 (One Lakh) each aggregating to Rs. 7.5 Crores, on private placement basis on such terms and conditions as approved by the board .
2. Such other matter as are ancillary or incidental thereto.
