Former Radnor Township Commissioner William Spingler was sentenced to 23 months of intermediate punishment Thursday for fondling a 103-year-old woman’s breast last year. The Democrat also was ordered to spend 60 months on home monitoring.

PCA removes 60 cats from elderly couple’s home in Chester County

Officials at the Brandywine Valley SPCA removed 60 neglected cats, mostly long-haired Persians, from a home in West Whiteland last week. The SPCA was notified after police responded to the home for a medical emergency.
