Aditya Pancholi and wife file a defamation case against Kangana Ranaut and her sister.

The impact of Kangana Ranaut’s explosive interview with senior journalist Rajat Sharma on Aap Ki Adalat is still felt by people she mentioned on the show. One of her many revelations had details about her abusive relationship with actor Aditya Pancholi. She spoke about how Aditya held her under house arrest and exploited her. Without mincing words, she also mentioned how she approached Aditya’s wife Zarina Wahab for help but to no use.

After the interview went viral, Aditya decided to file a case against the Queen actor for harming him and his family’s reputation. In an interview with BollywoodLife.com, he said, “She is lying that’s why I am taking legal action against her. I don’t know about other people, but as far as my story goes and what she has spoken about me, she has said all lies.”

Now the actor has gone ahead and filed a defamation case against both Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel. When indianexpress.com got in touch with Aditya Pancholi, he said, “Zarina and I were totally shaken with what Kangana had said in the interview, and with the way Rangoli has been talking about us. We had sent a legal notice to both of them and had demanded an unconditional public apology for the same, within seven days of us sending the notice. But they did not apologise.”

Adding to it, he said, “However, Kangana’s lawyer had replied to our notice, but the reply was ‘faltu’ (useless). Rangoli did not reply to the notice. So, we have filed a defamation case against the two, and now the judge will consider the case and then send it for verification. That’s how the judicial system works. I can’t talk more on this as the case is sub judice.”

The Kangana-Hrithik feud was revived again after Kangana talked about it on various platforms around the release of her film Simran and then it was Hrithik Roshan who came out with his first ever official statement clarifying all the allegations put on him by Kangana.
