KOCHI: Who doesn’t want to get fit? But how often do you follow through with your dream to get fit. Hug Elan, motivates you to get moving. “On an average, Indians clock just 19 minutes of daily activity while the medically recommended quota is at least 30 minutes. A recent survey reports: India is ranked at 39 among 46 nations with people averaging just 4,297 steps a day,” explains Raj Neravati the founder of the startup Hug Innovation which created the product. He adds, “People quote being busy as their biggest excuse. But you simply need to take out 30 minutes in a day to work out for the most important person in your life—yourself.”

One-of-its-kind

Hug Elan is an IoT enabled fitness product in the industry. IoT or Internet of Things is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

And it’s design innovation allows use of any standard USB port for a quick and convenient recharge. The word Elan is derived from a French word which means energy, style and enthusiasm. Wearing an Elan not only emenates elegance, but also drives across your commitment to your well being.”
