Ducati unveils limited edition Diavel Diesel priced at Rs 21 lakh in India
With only 666 units produced globally, the Diavel Diesel is in all sense a unique model

Italian motorbike manufacturer Ducati has launched the limited edition Diavel Diesel bikes in Iindia. The launch of the new model also marks the re-entry of the Diavel family to the country.
With only 666 units produced globally, the Diavel Diesel is in all sense a unique model. A result of a collaboration between Andrea Rosso, Creative Director of Diesel Licensing and the Ducati Design Center in Italy the model, according to Ducati is “inspired by the energetic dynamism of a post-apocalyptic future.”
Ducati India's Managing Director Sergi Canovas Garriga said that the company has already received high demands for the bike in the Indian market.
“The Diavel family has been one of the bestsellers in our portfolio. The Ducati Diavel Diesel is a very special motorcycle that exemplifies craftsmanship and style in every detail… our dealers have seen a lot of interest in this limited edition motorcycle and deliveries have started in India.”

Powered by a 152 HP Testastretta 11° DS engine, the bike comes with a Ducati safety pack consisting of ABS and Ducati Traction Control. The bike has a beefy rear tire that is 240 mm wide. The bike, as per the company gives a driving experience which is both thrilling and safe. It also gives the rider a comfortable driving experience owing to its effective chassis set-up.
Diavel Diesel also has several unique specifications that include hand-brushed stainless steel superstructure with visible welding and rivets, air intake covers that are coloured red, Brembo front brake calipers, five chain links and LCD dashboard. It will have exhaust systems having pipes that have black Zircotec ceramic coating and black silencers with machined ends that come with the new pyramid motif.
The bike will cost Rs 21,72,000 and will be available at Ducati dealerships in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kochi and Kolkata.
