Ground transportation service provider ECO Rent A Car today said it has launched a special service that allows customers to have meetings inside the vehicle while on the go.
The company has imported 8-seater Toyota Ventury vehicles specifically from Thailand for the new initiative.
The retrofitted Toyota Ventury vehicles come with revolving seats, flip-down plasma screens, in-car WiFi, mini fridge and projectors to enable meetings.
"When I went for a business trip to Bangkok last year, I noticed this concept was quite successful there. In fact, it is also popular in cities like Kuala Lumpur and Beijing...we thought of replicating this concept here and expect it to be equally successful," ECO Rent A Car Joint Managing Director Aditya Loomba said in a statement.
The company has rolled out the service in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. It is targetting multinational companies, businessmen, companies with multiple offices in a city, the SME sector and real estate companies, among others.
Eco Rent a Car charges Rs 10,000 per day for each vehicle.
