Sarita wins Mrs India Worldwide title in US

BHUBANESWAR: Odisha-born woman, Sarita Pattnaik, has won the Mrs India Worldwide title at the finale of the contest that was held in New Jersey on Saturday evening.
Sarita was representing the United States of America at the second edition of Mrs India Worldwide 2017 and was crowned from among 35 contestants of Indian descent participating from different countries. She walked the ramp at the Royal Albert’s Palace, Fords in New Jersey. While Sarita was crowned Mrs India Worldwide, Mrs India Mauritius Nishi Singh was the first runners-up and Mrs India UAE Radha Shah was the second runners-up.
Sarita succeeded last year’s winner Namita Dodwadkarv of the US.Mrs India Worldwide pageant was started in 2016 and is produced by the IFC, based in New York City. IFC is the same organisation that holds Miss India Worldwide annually since 1980.
