In case you are planning to buy a new smartphone this Diwali, iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus won’t be a bad option. When Apple announced that the price of these two new iPhones will start from Rs 64,000 in India, most people almost gave up hope of buying it. However, Paytm Mall has now come to their rescue. As per details available on its website, the iPhone 8 is available for as less as Rs 47,420. Yes, you read it, the iconic phone is available for as low as Rs 47,420. Wondering how that is possible?

Well, to begin with, Paytm Mall is giving 2% discount on iPhone 8 which is priced at Rs 64,000, bringing its price down to Rs 62,420. Then, the website is giving flat Rs 9,000 cashback on applying the code YBSPECIAL. This will bring down the effective cost of iPhone 8 to Rs 53,420. Apart from this, Yes Bank has joined hands with Paytm and the customers who use Yes Bank credit cards to give the smartphone buyers another Rs 6,000 cashback in their Paytm wallet, bringing down the effective cost of the phone to Rs 47,420. This cashback amount will be added to your wallet on or before November 20.

The same offer is also applicable for iPhone 8 Plus. Paytm notes that the offer is valid only until stocks last. To give users some perspective of what they will be paying, the iPhone 8 price in India is Rs. 64,000 for the 64GB variant and Rs 77,000 for the one with 256GB storage. iPhone 8 Plus 64GB and 256GB storage options are priced at Rs. 73,000 and Rs. 86,000, respectively.

The iPhone 8 has a 4.7-inch screen and comes with a 12-megapixel primary camera. Apart from this, the phone also sports a fingerprint sensor built into the Home button and the glass back which enables easy wireless charging. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch screen and its front camera contains dual-domain pixels that give you a great view of the screen from almost any angle.
