LOS ANGELES, July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bench International, a global, milestone-based, performance-driven executive recruiting and consulting firm serving the life sciences industry, today announced that Catherine (Cathy) Balin is rejoining the firm as a senior vice president. She will help lead Bench's retained executive search and strategic human resources consulting activities.
Balin has more than three decades of experience with talent identification and human resources strategic planning in industries including healthcare and financial services. Most recently, she has been a vice president for EXTTI, Incorporated, a California-based human resources consulting firm. "I have no doubt that Cathy's world-class executive recruiting and human resources consulting expertise will be invaluable to our clients. We're thrilled to welcome Cathy back to our global team."
"Bench prides itself on quality, commitment, and ethics," said Balin. "These are all things I am personally and professionally dedicated to, so rejoining the Bench team makes perfect sense. I look forward to contributing to the firm's continued growth and success."
