The US President termed the reports of Rex Tillerson calling him a “moron” as fake. However, Donald Trump also suggested taking IQ tests to prove that he is smarter than his secretary of state. The White House has insisted that the President was joking. Last week, Tillerson had denied a report that he had called the president a moron, insisting that Trump was smart. The report came just days after Trump advised the former ExxonMobil CEO to stop "wasting his time" trying to negotiate with North Korea.
