Hours after the FIR was registered, complainant Sukhbir Singh submitted an affidavit asking to retract the complaint claiming he acted in a fit of rage.

Sukhbir Singh is the brother of Satbir Sing, the key accused in the alleged pushing to death of a PG tenant this July in DLF phase 3. According to the complaint, Sukhbir claims that Leelu and Jagbir took Rs 7lakh each, from him promising to get his brother Satibir's name cleared from the case but despite the payments did nothing.
