DCB Bank's board meeting held on October 16, 2017

This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 to consider, inter alia, and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter and the Half Year ended September 30, 2017.


Please take note of the above in compliance with sub-regulation (1)(a) read with sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, if any.
