Manohar Lal Khattar directs HUDA officials to look into unauthorised constructions

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday ordered the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) to look into the unauthorised constructions in Sector 46 market.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday ordered the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) to look into the unauthorised constructions in Sector 46 market. CM Khattar was presiding over a monthly meeting of the District Public Grievances Committee when he said this to the HUDA officials. CM was inforemed by the officials that the unauthorised constructions in the Sector 46 market and other sectors of HUDA would be removed on October 23.

The HUDA officers also informed Khattar that on Deceber 15 an anti-encroachment campaign would be carried out. In a complaint pertaining to the HUDA land in Sector 38 being illegally used for constructing slums, Khattar directed officers to get all illegal possessions vacated. The commissioner of Gurugram police was also asked to open a road blockade allegedly obstructed by the Nirvana Residents Welfare Association following a complaint.

On the issue of increasing the height of the road from Bhuteshwar temple to Khandsa, the chief minister said a meeting in this regard would be held by officers to take stock of actual condition of the road. Chairman, Haryana Housing Board, Jawahar Yadav and other dignitaries were present in the meeting as well.
