Caught: Official takes bribe to dole out free gold for mangalsutra under Tamil Nadu govt scheme

A video of government official taking bribe to register names of women eligible for free gold to make thali (mangalsutra) under a Tamil Nadu government scheme is going viral.
The lady officer can be seen taking Rs 500 from beneficiaries of the government scheme-- that was launched by former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa.
