Jaipur Pink Panthers on Saturday thrashed U Mumba 36-32 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. The hosts had come off a loss against the Gujarat Fortunegiants while U Mumba also slumped to a defeat at the hands of the Haryana Steelers in their last match during the Chennai leg. Manjeet Chillar pivoted the Pink Panthers’ victory, well aided by Jasvir Singh in his run for the victory over Mumba. On the other hand, Mumba relied majorly on skipper Anup Kumar, his all-round skills and most importantly his tactics.
