Shares of Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals surged 4 percent intraday Friday as it is going to consider stock split.
The company's board meeting will be held on October 12 to reconsider the sub-division of equity shares.
The company has fixed October 13, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division of equity shares of the company having nominal value of Rs 10 each into nominal value of Re 1 each.
The share gained 71 percent in the last one year.
At 09:26 hrs Aarey Drugs and Pharmaceuticals was quoting at Rs 78.90, up Rs 2.05, or 2.67 percent.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 143.95 and 52-week low Rs 40.30 on 12 September, 2017 and 21 November, 2016, respectively.
