Earlier this year, there were reports hinting that a full-touch water-resistant smartphone from BlackBerry will be launched in October. Going by the fresh speculations, it looks like the device will be the BlackBerry Krypton that received several certifications lately.
Well, the alleged BlackBerry Krypton was recently spotted clearing the FCC certification tipping that it is all set to be released soon. Now, the very first look of the smartphone has been revealed via an image leak by the Twitter-based tipster @evleaks. The catch is that Evan Blass says that the name of the device is BlackBerry Motion giving us a hint that Krypton could just be a codename.

Going by the previous rumors, the BlackBerry Motion or Krypton will ditch the physical keyboard seen on KeyOne in favor of an FHD 1080p touchscreen display. It looks like this smartphone has a front-facing fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the BlackBerry logo. Otherwise, the device in question runs on Android OS and features a 3.5mm audio jack and a metal build.
