The South Western Railway (SWR) will provide a one-minute stoppage for train number 22679/22680 Yesvantpur-Hassan-Yesvantpur Superfast daily intercity express at Hirisave station on a temporary basis for a period of six months from November 1, 2017, to April 30, 2018.

Train no 22679 Yesvantpur-Hassan Superfast daily intercity express will arrive at Hirisave at 8.04 pm and depart at 8.05 pm. Similarly, train no 22680 Hassan-Yesvantpur Superfast daily intercity express will arrive at Hirisave at 7.14 am and depart at 7.15 am in the wake of the Mahamsthakabhisheka of Bahubali scheduled to be held in February 2018 at Shravanabelagola.
