Power supply disruption

Power supply will be disrupted under Kapanur 220 kv station on October 8 from 9 am to 6 pm.

The areas to be affected are: 110kv Kapanur sub-station limits Bank-1 KIADB-1, KIADB-2, Ashok Polymer, Bank-2 Harasur, Tavaragera, Karur, Harasur, Hal Sultanpur, Avard Express, Malagatti, Bhupal Teganur, Venkatabennur, Belur Industries, Kalaburagi Vargese, All India Radio, Nandikur, Housing Board, Nrupatunga Colony, Madyala, Yalasangi, Devatangi, Nimbal, Choudapur, Havanur, Chimanagera, Avaradi, Ganagapur, Kadaganchi and Jambaga.



Mahagaon Urs from Oct 9

Hazarath Sayyed Shah Chand Hussaini Shisti Urs of Mahagaon in the taluk would be held from October 9. Urs procession would be taken out on October 9 at night. The lighting would be held on October 10 while Jiyarath would be held on October 11. Religious programmes would be held under the guidance of Mohammed Mohiyoddin Mutavalli.
