Mindtree rises 2%; to consider Q2 results, special dividend on Oct 25

Share price of Mindtree rose 2 percent intraday Thursday as the company will consider special dividend on October 25.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 25, 2017, to consider the audited financial results of the company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
The board also consider the declaration of interim and/or special dividend, if any, amongst other matters.
The company has fixed November 03, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend.
At 10:06 hrs Mindtree was quoting at Rs 484, up Rs 4.65, or 0.97 percent on the BSE.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 566 and 52-week low Rs 400 on 06 June, 2017 and 09 November, 2016, respectively.
