Four killed in Gurugram accidents

Four persons, including a woman, were killed and one woman injured in separate accidents in the city over the past 48 hours.

A 30-year-old pedestrian was fatally knocked down by an unidentified vehicle at Hero Honda Chowk flyover on Tuesday. Bihar resident Golden Kumar was on the way to Naharpur village at the time of the incident. passer-by took him to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead. A case has been registered.

Cops looking for vehicle

“Efforts are on to trace the vehicle,” said ASI Narender Kumar.

In the second case, a woman travelling in an app-based cab was injured after the driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed a backhoe loader near Medanta Hospital on Tuesday. ASI Mahipal said the driver had dozed off, leading to the accident. A case has been registered against the driver.

In the third case, Yogesh Yadav (24) was crushed under the wheels of a truck in Manesar on Monday. The truck allegedly rammed the bike from behind. Yogesh fell and was run over. He died on the spot. Sube Singh (33), a resident of Sidharwal village, and Delhi resident Somi Tamang were killed in separate hit-and-run cases on Monday.
