Telangana government today said it has achieved 95 per cent of compliance with regard to the recommendations of the Business Reform Action Plan as part of "ease of doing business".
According to an official release, chief secretary S P Singh today conducted a review meeting with senior officials on the status of compliance.
"Of the 372 recommendations of the Business Reform Action Plan, the state has so far achieved 95 per cent of compliance with the deadline of complying still one month ahead," it said.
The chief secretary has urged the departments that are yet to achieve 100 per cent compliance, to make extra efforts and expedite the process of putting in place the online systems required.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana jointly topped the ease of doing business ranking in the list prepared by the World Bank and DIPP last year.
