New Delhi : Divestment of the government’s 51% stake in state-run Pawan Hans Ltd will be completed by the end of the current financial year started April, a senior government official said Wednesday. The divestment department wants to consider proposals from only those prospective bidders whose parent companies do not have non- performing debt.
