Reshuffle in police dept in Chandigarh

Inspector Harminderjeet Singh, SHO of Manimajra police station, was posted to police lines, Sector 26, with immediate effect on the administrative grounds on Tuesday. The orders were issued by DGP TS Luthra.

Five more inspector rank officials have been reshuffled. Traffic police Inspector Ashwani Kumar was appointed as SHO of Sector 19 police station. SHO of PS 19, Inspector Dalip Rattan, was transferred to crime branch. Inspector Karam Chand of crime branch was given the charge of SHO of Manimajra police station. Inspector Dalbir Singh was transferred to crime branch from police lines, Sector 26. Inspector Sita Devi, who was Special Officer with DGP, was transferred to traffic police.
