Two groups clash during Ram Barat in Jarcha

GREATER NOIDA: Six people suffered minor injuries when two groups clashed during a Ram Barat in Jarcha, Greater Noida, on Wednesday evening.
The police soon reached the spot and controlled the situation.
According to the police, the two groups clashed over personal enmity. One group had taken out a Ram Barat procession on Wendesday evening. The procession passed through a Dalit locality, when a group of locals allegedly attacked the procession, in which some people suffered minor injuries.
Two persons have been detained for questioning and a police team has been deployed in the village for safety. tnn
