Zara India launches online store: All that you need to know before you go crazy shopping

Spanish fashion brand, Zara has launched its products online and home delivery will be done between 2 to 4 working days in all the major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

The wait is finally over! Spanish fashion brand, Zara has launched its products online and fans are going gaga over it. This comes at just the right time when the festive season is around the corner. The collections of the global fast-chain retailer will be available on their official website and mobile application throughout the country, starting Oct 4.

The brand will offer all the products that are available across all its 20 stores in India and at the same price, said Jesus Echevarria Hernandez, chief communication officer of Inditex SA, the company that launched the international brand in India in 2010. Online shopping sites are currently taking over the world and this move from Zara India is in sync with it.

The company has tied up with Gati Ltd, Blue Dart Express Ltd, and Delhivery Pvt. Ltd for the delivery of orders. They have opened a warehouse near Delhi wherein they have employed 50 people. The customers will also get to choose whether they want to pick up their orders from a Zara store of their choice or want it delivered to their homes.

Home delivery will be done between 2 to 4 working days in all the major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad whereas for the rest of the country, it will be done within 5 to 8 working days.

The standard charge for delivery will be Rs 290 and free delivery option will be available for orders above Rs 4,000. Deliveries at store will be free and will take around 3 to 5 working days. Payments can be done using all standard e-commerce payment platforms like Paytm and all major credit cards. If you want to exchange or return any product, you can return to the most convenient Zarastore, within a period of 30 days.
