Moser Baer's appoints Surender Kumar Mata as Company Secretary

Pursuant to Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that the following changes in Key Managerial Personnel have taken place:

Mr. Surender Kumar Mata is appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. October 4, 2017 and Mr. Neeraj Parmar will continue to look after the Legal and Corporate functions of the Company.
