The case is scheduled to be heard on October 7. On Monday Prakash Raj questioned PM Modi on his silence on the death of Journalist Gauri Lankesh.
The actor, a close friend of the Lankesh family, said the prime minister and others were acting as if nothing had happened despite having social media followers celebrating the killing on social media.Speaking at the 11th state meet of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) in Bengaluru, Prakash Raj went on the record saying that PM Modi and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are better actors than him. He also said that he wanted to give back his National Awards.
