Telecom service provider Vodafone India is offering 1GB data per day in a bid to outdo Reliance Jio, which has been threatening rivals with enticing offers for customers. If you recharge your Vodafone SIM for Rs 349, you will get 1GB 3G/4G data per day. The offer is for prepaid customers only. The pack also offers unlimited mobile calls but when one calls a landline number, he will be charged, said a Vodafone customer care official. This is a limited period offer for all handsets, the company said on its website. The pack is valid for 28 days for prepaid customers. The access fee charged on the recharge is Rs. 295.76 while Rs 53.24 is the GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Jio Rs. 349 recharge plan
Reliance Jio's recharge pack of Rs. 349 includes 4G speed data of 20 GB data with a validity of 56 days. There is no daily limit on data consumption in Jio's Rs. 349 plan. That means one can consume the entire 20 GBs data in one day.
Jio Rs. 399 recharge plan
Jio's recharge pack priced at Rs. 399 comes with 84 GBs of data over a validity of 84 days. 4G speed data under the Rs. 399 pack comes with a daily limit of 1 GB. Data usage beyond the daily limit comes at a speed of 128 kbps, Jio said on its portal.
Reliance Jio is also offering a low-cost feature phone for a refundable amount of Rs. 1,500. Called the JioPhone, it is expected to be delivered to all the customers who pre-booked it by Diwali.
