Narendra Modi Bilaspur visit Live Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to lay the foundation of a number of institutions today in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The foundation stones for these institutions will be laid by the PM at 12:30 PM. According to PMO India, “PM Narendra Modi will visit Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh today. He will lay the foundation stone for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), at Bilaspur.” While talking about the new AIIMS hospital the Prime Minister’s Office through their Twitter handle said that “The 750-bed hospital will be built at a cost of approximately Rs. 1350 crore. In addition to healthcare, it will also provide medical education at the undergraduate and post-graduate level, besides nursing.” In addition to the AIIMS Bilaspur, PM will also lay the foundation for IIIT at Una and will also inaugurate a SAIL plant at Kandrori after which he will be addressing a public gathering. PMO India said, “PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), at Una. PM will also inaugurate a Steel Processing Unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), at Kandrori, Kangra. He will later address a public meeting.”
On October 4, 2017, the Prime Minister will address company secretaries at the inauguration of the golden jubilee year of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
