Neha Dhupia or Esha Gupta in hot pink: Who wore it better?

From fringes to frills, Neha Dhupia’s outfits are always a little hard to digest. But this time the actor did give us quite a shock when she stepped out in a hot pink pantsuit by Riva. How an outfit so garish can come across as so bland is anyone’s guess but that’s how the pantsuit in its almost eye-blinding grandeur looked. The outfit could have definitely used some better styling, maybe a belt cinched at the waist to accentuate it and break the monotony of garish pink.

If you thought pink, the actor’s ” favourite crayon” was the culprit of the look, you need to check out her tasseled earrings whose pop of colour is too much for comfort. The earrings by Accessorize, hanging in peacock green and pink tassels did not match with the outfit – even if they were meant to contrast – and added another garish hue to the ensemble. The actor sadly failed with the make-up too, choosing to go with a peacock green on the eyelids. We are quite thankful for the nude lips, the only wise choice for this look.

Another hot pink number was donned by fashionista Esha Gupta whose sense of style we can’t help applauding. The actor wore a body-hugging dress for an event in Dubai that she attended. We love how stylist Aastha Sharma paired the flashy colour with heels in nude. The contrast toned down the flashy colour, making the combination look stunning. We give full-marks to the actor for carrying off the colour with elegance.

Though both the actors were bold enough to try on the garish colour, we think Esha Gupta had no competition as she completely nailed the look.
