Ritika Singh

Actor Sudheer Babu has teamed up with debutant director Rajasekhar for a new film. While actress Ritika Singh, who has attained fame for her tomboyish portrayal in Guru was supposed to play the leading lady in the film, a source informed City Express that the 23-year-old actress has opted out of the film.

“Ritika was the initial choice of the film. As the project failed to take off on time, she had to pull out of it due to date issues.”

Close sources to Sudheer Babu now reveal that actress Nabha Natesh, who awaits the release of Adhugo, has bagged the opportunity to share screen space with the Mosagaallaku Mosagaadu star. “The filmmakers had a three-day shoot in the last week.

A fresh schedule involving Sudheer and Nabha will commence later this week,” adds the source.
