Godrej Agrovet raises Rs 341.19 crore from anchor investors

MUMBAI: Godrej Agrovet on Tuesday raised Rs 341.19 crore by allotting 74.17 lakh shares to anchor investors at the upper end of the price band of Rs 450 to Rs 460 per share.
Government of Singapore, First State Indian Subcontinent Fund, JP Morgan India Smaller Companies Fund, Reliance Capital Trustee Co, SBI Life Insurance Company, Amansa Holdings and Goldman Sachs India were among the anchor investors.
The issue size is Rs 1,157 crore at the upper end of the price band.
The issue will open on Wednesday and close on Friday. Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital and Credit Suisse Securities (India) are lead managers to the issue.
