The same red attire, rudraksh chains around the neck and even the dreadlocks, Sshivani Durga definitely gave a déjà vu to all Bigg Boss fans. Though she has similar appearance and profession like last year contestant Swami Om, the lady assured that they are poles apart. As readers would know the self proclaimed god man Swami Om was ousted from Bigg Boss 10 after a series of misbehaviour from him. Host Salman Khan time and again has stated that he detested the man and was adamant on getting him out. Now with a similar kind entering the house this season, eyebrows were raised.

Sshivani, in an exclusive chat with indianexpress.com guaranteed that people will be surprised to realise that not all babas and saints are the same. She said, “Swami Om completely destroyed our credibility. I want to prove that everyone is not the same and there are genuine god man and woman who have the knowledge and the powers. I want to regain people’s trust and respect in us. To be honest, whichever saint has been popularized is fake, the true ones believe in themselves and not stoop down for publicity. We are being blessed with some energies and through this show I want to showcase that we are a positive lot, who believe in spreading good vibes and happiness around.”

As Sshivani confessed that she is a trained tantrik and aghori, we asked her whether the housemates would be scared to warm up to her owing to this. Very calmly she replied, “They might be and I am prepared to handle such situations. Through my education and work, I would clear out their misconceptions regarding us. We are a spiritual lot and I am sure I will connect with all housemates in a soulful way.”

Stating that her only agenda in the house would be to bring back the sadhu comunity’s lost glory, the god woman further added, “I would also like to spread the message of women empowerment through the show. When we can worship Goddesses then why do we not respect women in the mortal world? I would like to touch upon the subject in the house. The show is a great platform for me and I will make the most of it.”

A self proclaimed calm and peace-loving person, Sshivani agreed that it would get difficult if the housemates push her continuously. “I am naturally a very composed person but I don’t know what the situations would be, and where would they land me. I will accept that I am not a perfect human being and even if I get into something wrong, I would learn from my mistakes. To be honest, I will definitely be testing my patience in Bigg Boss 11.”
