Kaun Banega Crorepati Rs 1 crore winner: In a dream come true, Anamika Mazumdar, a resident of Jamshedpur on Sunday won Rs 1 crore in Amitabh Bachchan hosted quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati 9. Anamika is reportedly a social worker and runs an NGO. As per an Indian Express report, Anamika is a music lover and a mother of two. Her NGO, Faith in India, is dedicated towards uplifting women in Jharkhand, especially in the rural areas for the last three years. In the show, Anamika appeared to be a very practical and reasonable kind of a person who took each question very seriously. Even Big B appeared to be impressed with her confidence and risk-taking attitude.

Anamika is the first person to win Rs 1 crore in this season of KBC which is doing incredibly well on Indian television. The new season has been able maintain high TRPs since its start and is being loved by the viewers for its inspiring stories, knowledge and sheer human values. Meanwhile, it’s worth mentioning that megastar Amitabh Bachchan has recently shot a special episode with India’s star badminton player PV Sindhu.
