Bid to rob Tasmac money foiled

CHENNAI: A travel company owner, who lent cars for cash logistics companies, was  arrested for allegedly attempting to rob `50 lakh of Tasmac’s  collection amount.

Mohammed Ibrahim, 27, had rented a car to a company that was involved  in collecting cash from various Tasmac outlets. He was arrested while allegedly attempting to rob the company staff at knife-point along with his two relatives, who escaped.
