Amid the ongoing rumours of their entry into Indian politics, superstars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan met at the inauguration of actor Sivaji Ganesan’s memorial in Chennai. Both these legendary actors were seen interacting with each other during the event. Speaking at the event, Rajinikanth said that to succeed in politics, a person needs more than name, fame and money. “If you have to succeed in politics, merely name, fame and money are not enough. It is something else that is needed,” Rajinikanth was quoted as saying by ANI in Chennai.

Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan while speaking at the finale of the Tamil version of reality show “Bigg Boss”, which marked his television debut had made his political entry very clear. “I’m definitely coming there,” Kamal said, pointing towards audiences during the Bigg Boss Tamil finale on Saturday evening.

The actor added that he is speaking from the bottom of his heart and is not exploiting the stage. “I’m not exploiting this stage. I’m speaking from the bottom of my heart. If you think I should continue acting, then say it aloud. If you think I need to serve the society and bring about a change, say it now. I’m prepared to die in service of my nation,” he said, according to a report by IANS.

Kamal Haasan was loved by the people as the host of Bigg Boss. He congratulated all the participants of the show. The contestant who emerged as the winner was Aarav and he took home prize money worth Rs 50 lakh. The show premiered on June 25 with 19 contestants. Despite stirring up controversies initially, the show gained popularity in no time and registered highest television ratings for several weeks for the channel Star Vijay.

The new season of Hindi version of Bigg Boss will start on Colors TV tonight at 9 pm. Just like the previous seasons, the show will be hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
