The National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) is an autonomous institution of Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, for a mandate of basic research, teaching & training, and as a national repository for cell lines/hybridomas etc. The centre is located in the midst of academically enriched environment of University of Pune Campus, Pune. Research Associate

"Examine cross-talk between epidermal and dermal skin cells through invitro models in order to regulate hyper pigmentation" (Industrial Project)./ Dr. Anjali Shiras
Upper Age limit : 45 Years
Essential Qualification & Experience: Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree in any branch of life science or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in science citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable : M.sc with less than 10 years experience in area of cell culture and stem cell biology
Total Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 40000/- pm
Project Tenure : One year

Research Associate

"Molecular Mechanisms for Regulation of Ionotropic Glutamate Receptors by their Auxiliary Subunits”/ Dr. janesh Kumar
Upper Age limit : 35 Years
Essential Qualification & Experience: Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc /M.Pharm /ME/ M.Tech with at least one research paper in science citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable : Motivated young scientist trained in protein biochemistry, advanced molecular biology and x-ray crystallography who will contribute to the project substantially and independently. Experience in membrane protein
Total Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 36,000/- pm +30% HRA for 1st Year Rs. 38,000/- pm +30% HRA for 2nd Year
Project Tenure : One Year Six Months
