Karan Johar makes Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday extra special

It is Ranbir Kapoor’s 35th birthday today and while Bollywood is rejoicing over the Jagga Jasoos actor’s special day, filmmaker Karan Johar had a special treat planned for Ranbir Kapoor fans. Resharing a Dharma Productions tweet, Karan wrote, “We have had a super run with this magical talented boy! #wakeupsid #YJHD #ADHM and now soon coming up is………..”

Karan has worked with Ranbir in the capacity of a producer earlier in ‘Wake Up Sid’ too. And it looks like the two are set to repeat history with this Ayan Mukerji directorial yet again. Also, when a Twitter user said, “Everyone knows about it Dragon directed by ayan mukharji and produced by karanjohar @DharmaMovies *Ing- Alia and ranbir Okkkkkk.” Karan replied by saying, “It’s not called DRAGON….title will be announced soon!!!!”

So, we know that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be sharing screen space for the first time in this project but if not ‘Dragon’, what will the title be? While we are eagerly waiting for it, we just hope Karan releases it soon just as he promised. On being asked about this untitled project alongside Ranbir Kapoor earlier, Alia chose to steer clear of revealing details but did say that the movie is packed with action and is unlike other Hindi superhero films, reports DNA.

Karan Johar was also spotted ringing in Ranbir’s birthday at a grand party yesterday night. On the other hand, Ranbir also has a number of projects in his kitty. He will next be seen in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic alongside Manisha Koirala and Sonam Kapoor.
