A man carrying nine kg of cannabis was today arrested from Talab Tillo area here, an official said.
Acting on a tip-off, police apprehended Rishu and seized the cannabis from his possession, he said.
Rishu is a resident of Chhattisgarh who was presently residing in Talab Tillo.
"A case has been registered against him and further investigation is on," a police official said.
