Three held for trafficking, one rescued

Panaji: Crime Branch of the Goa police, late on Tuesday night, arrested three for their involvement in human trafficking at Saligao and rescued one girl procured by the accused. The accused were caught after a crime branch decoy went to Krishna Holiday Home in Saligao posing as a customer.
Johnny D'Souza, a resident of Mapusa, Vinay Kumar Nishad from Chimbel and Vittal Lamani from Mapusa have been arrested, while another accused Avdesh Rai from Aradi, Mapusa is absconding.
They were produced before the court and have been sent to four days police custody. tnn
