JAMMU, Sept 27: Vice President, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Business RT Wasan reviewed the performance of Jamkash Trucking Private Limited, a Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Dealership here today.
He was accompanied by Regional Head North Vikram Aggarwal and State Head, Rakesh Oberoi.
A detailed presentation was made by Vikas Broka, Chief Operating Officer and Col Rosy Singh, General Manager Jamkash Trucking about the initiatives being taken to provide quality service to the Tata commercial vehicle customers.
Vice President RT Wasan was informed that apart from prompt customer service, regular visits and meets were organized to make the customer aware of the quality products and value added services provided by Tata Motors to Tata trucks, tipper and passenger vehicle operators.
COO also highlighted the plan to provide door-step service support through Mobile Service Van, a full-fledged mobile workshop for onsite service in the remotest corners of Jammu Province.
Wasan offered full support of Tata Motors to the initiatives being taken by Jamkash Trucking. He also appreciated the facilities being provided to the customers, both in the sales and the state of art workshop complex spread over a sprawling complex.
Later while talking to the reporters, Broka said that Jamkash Trucking Private Limited is a unit of the Vehicleades Group, which is known for their quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction and during the last more than one year of its operation, Jamkash Trucking has achieved extra ordinary milestones in terms of performance and customer service.
