Chennai Business School (CBS), in partnership with ThinkSynQ Solutions, has launched a Human Resource management tool to process payroll, manage business travel and training and development.
Speaking to BusinessLine at the 11th convocation of the business school, Sridar Natarajan, Dean, CBS, said it is a cloud-based plug and play tool, which can be operated via desktop and mobile.
More tools under wayWhile the business school was the knowledge partner, the tool was developed by ThinkSynQ Solutions. “We are working on creating similar tools for other management disciplines like finance and marketing,” Natarajan said. The tool for marketing discipline will be launched in another six months and finance tool in nine months from now.
Ganesh Mahadevan, Partner, ThinkSynQ Solutions, said the product is aimed at small and medium scale industries, where they do not have enough technological infrastructureor enough funds to invest in them. The tool provides end-to-end solution for HR departments starting from payroll processing to final settlement for an employee.
Per employee basisBut smaller companies might only need payroll processing.
The company will get its revenue on per employee basis. “If a company has 300 employees, we get ₹ X amount for employee for the platform. The value depends on the size and scale of the organisation,” he added.
