Diljit Dosanjh, who enjoys a dedicated fan following across the globe, has been busy with his films. However, his fans have been waiting to know when he would return as a singer and treat them with a song. Now, it seems the wait has ended as the singer has revealed that he will soon share the song, “El sueño”, which means The Dream in Spanish. Now, we know that in recent times, Spanish songs with a Punjabi swag have become chartbusters. Diljit Dosanjh’s track is for sure one of the things to wait for.

The singer-turned-actor, who took Bollywood by storm with his films like Udta Punjab and Phillauri, is prepping up for his next based on World War I. Diljit took to his official Facebook page and wrote, “Films Life ch Hor v Baut Aungian Rabb Di Marzi Naal🙏 But This Subject is Very Close to My Heart🙏 Journey Tough aa..Baba Sukh Rakhey..Tuadey Sareyan Da V Pyar Te Saath Chaida. Film Based on #Worldwar1.” The film will release in the first half of next year.

The actor praised Shahid Kapoor for the look of Padmavati. Shahid, who plays Raja Ratan Singh in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali magnum opus, shared the first look early in the morning and has been receiving praises since then. Diljit took to Twitter to praise his look and wrote, “Amazing 👏👏 @shahidkapoor Veera 😊 #MaharawalRatanSingh ✊ Waitingaan” in response to which Shahid wrote, :Bhaji who’s the Gabroooo✌️✌️✌️ big love to you. Loving your new look.”

The two shared the screen space in 2015 release Udta Punjab, which also starred Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor. The Abhishek Chaubey directorial marked the Bollywood debut of Diljit.
