The Delhi High Court will hear Honeypreet Insan's anticipatory bail plea at 2 pm, according to media reports.
According to a report in CNN-News18, Honeypreet's bail plea claims there is a threat to her life and she has approached the Delhi High Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She has sought three week transit bail after which she will appear before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
The report further said that the address given on the bail plea is of a house in Greater Kailash-II locality of New Delhi.

The plea for urgent hearing of Honeypreet's application was mentioned before Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Hari Shankar who sought to know why they are "super-excited now".
"You must be anticipating this," the bench asked advocate Pradeep Kumar Arya, who sought three weeks transit anticipatory bail for Honeypreet.
The bench, however, listed the matter for today after the counsel pressed for hearing the petition on an urgent basis.
Arya informed the court that even the DGP Haryana has gone on record to say that there is "danger" to her life.
On Tuesday, the Haryana Police conducted raids in Delhi in a bid to arrest Honeypreet and Aditya Insan, close aides of jailed Dera Sacha Sauda sect chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.
Police sources said that the raids were conducted in Delhi and nearby areas of the National Capital Region (NCR). One raid was conducted in a house in Greater Kailash-II in south Delhi.
Priyanka Taneja alias Honeypreet, the adopted daughter of the jailed Dera chief, tops the list of 43 persons 'wanted' by the Haryana Police in connection with incidents of violence that had followed Ram Rahim's conviction in the rape cases.
Ram Rahim was convicted by the special CBI court in Panchkula on 25 August, following which violence and arson erupted in Panchkula and Sirsa districts of Haryana, leaving 41 people dead and several others injured.
The CBI court on 28 August sentenced Ram Rahim to 20 years in prison for raping two of his disciples in 2002.
Honeypreet accompanied the Dera chief when he had come to the special CBI court on 25 August.
She also travelled with him in the special chopper which ferried them to Rohtak from Panchkula after the conviction. The controversial sect head is currently lodged in Sunaria jail in Rohtak district of Haryana.
Several teams of Haryana Police have travelled across the country, including the India-Nepal border, to trace Honeypreet.
Meanwhile, Ram Rahim on Monday moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court challenging the trial court verdict.
Honeypreet has been the closest aide of Ram Rahim since 2009. The police has been on her trail for nearly a month and raids have been conducted in Nepal, Rajasthan, Bihar and Haryana.
Honeypreet, who claimed she was Ram Rahim's "adopted daughter", starred as the main heroine in five films he directed, produced and acted in, for three years.
Last week, Honeypreet's former husband, Vishwas Gupta accused her and Ram Rahim of having illicit relations and said their father-daughter relationship was a sham to fool followers.
