Senior IAS officer Manikant Prasad Singh has been transferred and posted as additional chief secretary-cum- financial commissioner, taxation, an official release said.
Viswajeet Khanna has been transferred and posted as additional chief secretary-cum-financial commissioner, development, and in addition additional chief secretary, horticulture, it said.
R Venkat Ratnam has been posted as principal secretary, welfare of SCs and BCs and in addition principal secretary, social security and development of women and children, the release said.
