Will Hahn covers Tier 1 communications service provider (CSP) strategies in North America as well as overall market conditions in Africa.
He looks at new revenue opportunities for CSPs, such as connected homes and connected cars, direct CSP billing, the rise of e-SIM, the virtual operator and smart utility model. Hahn has taken a special interest in the South African market for nearly two decades.
At the 2017 Gartner Symposium, which was held in Cape Town at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, IT News Africa spoke to Hahn regarding the opportunities of the connected vehicle in Africa.
