California-based Qi Gong master Lee Holden will offer a workshop "Vitality Through the Ages: The Wisdom & Practice of Qi Gong at Every Stage of Life," October 26 and 27 in Winchester.
Learn how to add years to your life AND "life to your years" with the simple yet powerful movements of Qi Gong (Resembling a cross between gentle yoga & Tai Chi). Whether participants are in their teens, 90's or anywhere in between, this ancient Taoist practice will help them to tap into their vital energy, energizing their body, calming their mind and lifting their spirit.
It takes place at The Winchester Unitarian Society, 478 Main Street, Winchester, MA. The schedule is as follows: Introduction workshop on Friday, October 26 from 7-9pm, and a daylong workshop on October 27 from 9:30-5pm.
