Owner of Charms India Private Limited Sanjay Singhal committed suicide in Ghazibad late on Sunday. Singhal's bullet riddled-body was found at his house in Shastri Nagar area under Kavinagar police station early today.

Police said that prima facie it appears to be a suicide case. Singhal's body has been sent for post-mortem and a probe has been launched.

According to reports, Singhal's wife and son were present in the house when he shot himself. The gun used by Sanjay Singhal has been recovered.

Sanjay Singhal founded his real estate company Charms India Private Limited in 1996. The company, which has its registered office in Patparganj, east Delhi has several residential projects to its name. The company is currently developing a huge residential apartment complex - Charms Castle - at Raj Nagar Extension in Ghaziabad.
